Mr. Baker has extensive real estate industry experience. He has owned and managed commercial office buildings over the last 15 years and is currently the President and major shareholder of CBS Development Corp, a company currently involved in the development of approximately 1,000 acres of residential real estate in Central California. Over the past two years, Mr. Baker has been involved in the acquisition and ownership of approximately $200 million of multifamily investments in Southern California. Additionally, he has controlling interests in several retail businesses. In 2003, Mr. Baker co-founded Coastline Capital Partners, LLC.

Mr. Baker was a principal in AIS, Auto Insurance Specialists, the largest personal lines insurance brokerage in the United States. AIS was acquired in 1998 by Aon Corp, a Fortune 500 company, where he currently holds the title of Executive Vice President. His association with AIS covers nearly 30 years.
