Upon change of management, Coastline will deliver to each owner a detailed Capital Improvement Plan aimed at asset preservation and additional revenue generation. This is accomplished through detailed inspection to both common areas and unit interiors. The goal of our Capital Improvement Program is to both preserve an assets value and to increase Net Operating Income through careful evaluation of Return on Investment.
